The unit was totally remodeled in 2021 with modern full kitchen and new furnishings through out! With TV’s in every room, in unit wireless router, and full sized in unit washer dryer, you’ll have all the comforts of home. This unit features 1275 square feet, with the living area and both bedrooms having oceanfront views. The floor plan is split with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the central living area for privacy. Both bedrooms have King Sized beds. Using the queen sleeper couch, the unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. This sleeper from Braxton Culler features a memory foam mattress for comfortable sleeping. Linen is supplied. A starter kit of household essentials is provided. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility. Rates vary by season and special events. The minimum stay starts at 3 nights, but expect a 1 week minimum with Saturday check-in/out during peak season, special event, or holiday weeks.
