Condo 8NE is a 2-bedroom 2-bath oceanfront 8th floor unit has oceanfront views from every room! Everything re-modeled in 2021 when the building opened from hurricane renovation. The unit has a modern open kitchen, and new furnishings throughout! With TV’s in every room, in-unit wireless router, and full-size, in-unit washer dryer, you’ll have all the comforts of home. This unit features 1275 square feet, with the living area and both bedrooms having oceanfront views. The floor plan is split with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the central living area for privacy. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and guest bedroom a queen-size bed. Using our Queen Sleeper couch, the max occupancy is up to 6 guests. The sofa-sleeper is a Palliser 3 over 3 commercial grade mechanism - just pull it out and enjoy the gel memory foam bedding. No need to remove any cushions! Linen is supplied. A starter kit of household essentials is provided. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility. Rates vary by season and special events. The minimum stay starts at 3 nights, but expect a 1 week minimum with Saturday check-in/out during peak season, special event, or holiday weeks.
